What is CXC E-Testing Implementation Blueprint about?

The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) is transitioning to e-testing starting in January 2017, guided by insights gained from a study tour at the Educational Testing Service (ETS) Global Institute. The tour aimed to develop a blueprint for e-testing implementation, addressing potential challenges and strategies for a successful rollout. Key areas of focus included transitioning from paper tests, security protocols, test delivery models, and technology-enhanced assessment methods.
