This study examined the effect of vitamin E on the microscopic structure of mouse kidneys exposed to lead (plumbum). 24 male mice were exposed to lead and divided into three groups - one exposed only to lead, one exposed to lead and given 52 IU/g of vitamin E, and one exposed to lead and given 104 IU/g of vitamin E.
