What is Saishunkan Women about?

This dormitory houses 80 female employees in their first year with a company in western Japan. The building is designed to foster team spirit among the residents. While each bedroom sleeps 4 people, the core of the building is a large common room meant to encourage social interaction. Private spaces like bathrooms and a kitchen are located off of the central common area to promote a mix of public and private experiences for residents.
