This study investigates the relationship between social media use, thin-ideal internalization, and e-cigarette use among college women for weight control. Results indicate that increased social media exposure leads to higher thin-ideal internalization, which in turn predicts greater e-cigarette use for weight management. The findings suggest the need for regulation of e-cigarette content on social media and initiatives promoting body positivity among young women.
