What is DFW Airport Assault and Intoxication Arrest about?
On October 23, 2014 at DFW Airport Terminal C, officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male who had punched a passenger. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect, later identified as Mccleish Christmas Benham, kick and punch another passenger. Benham was combative with officers during arrest and showed signs of intoxication. Benham was charged with public intoxication and simple assault. Two witnesses also identified Benham as the aggressor in the assault.
