The 18th Asian Games will be held from August 18 to September 2, 2018 in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia. This is the first time two cities will co-host the event. Indonesia previously hosted the 4th Asian Games in Jakarta in 1962. The games will feature a variety of new infrastructure projects across the two cities, including a light rail network and improved sporting venues.
