Parotid Swelling Case Presentation by traumasx.imsbhu is a document available to read on EtoBox.
Mr. X, a 54-year-old shopkeeper, presented with a painless, progressively enlarging swelling in front of and below the left ear lobule for the past four years, with no associated symptoms or history of facial nerve palsy. Examination revealed a firm, well-defined, lobulated swelling measuring 4.5 x 3 cm in the left parotid region, with no cervical lymphadenopathy. The provisional diagnosis is a left benign parotid tumor, most likely a pleomorphic adenoma.
