This study investigates the relationship between Eurofit test battery parameters and freestyle swimming times in 7-11 year old swimmers. Significant positive correlations were found between swimming time and balance as well as arm movement speed, while negative correlations were observed with flexibility, long jump, hand grip strength, and sit-ups. The findings suggest that balance and arm movement speed are important factors in swimming performance for young athletes.
