This document provides a summary of annual ring and bottom plate welds for a gas treatment unit tank. It details 10 butt welds made between the bottom annular plate and tank wall with 8mm thickness. The welds were made using procedure SWE(111)-003C-Rev1 and WPS 111-003C-Rev1 by two welders. Non-destructive testing including visual, RT, MT, PT, PMI, VBT and AT were performed and found the welds to be acceptable without any defects. Hardness tests were also conducted and found to be compliant.
