What is Tribunal Order about?

The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal reviewed an appeal by Arya Adarsh Siksha Prachar Samiti against the rejection of their application for permanent registration under section 12A of the Income-tax Act. The Tribunal found that the rejection was made without providing the assessee a proper opportunity to present their case, which is against natural justice. Consequently, the Tribunal remitted the issue back to the CIT (Exemption) for reconsideration of the relevant details submitted by the assessee.
