Gotiaoco Building was built in 1914 in Cebu City by Don Pedro Gotiaoco. It was the first commercial building in Cebu to have an elevator and air conditioning. During World War II it was bombed but later rebuilt to resemble the original structure. In 2013 it began being restored and converted into the Sugbu Chinese Heritage Museum, with completion targeted for 2020.
