This data flow diagram shows the flow of production data from a machine process to an OEE report monitor. The machine monitoring system collects start/stop time and output quantity data from the machine process. It sends this process data to a converter module which identifies loss time data and calculates OEE metrics. The OEE report is then displayed on a monitor for viewing.
