This study evaluated the efficacy of a single dose of rifampin, ofloxacin and minocycline (ROM) therapy plus two doses of low-dose Convit vaccine in treating paucibacillary leprosy patients presenting with a single skin lesion. 90 patients with single skin lesions were divided into two groups - one received ROM therapy plus vaccine, the other received ROM therapy alone.
