The document studies the corrosion inhibition of mild steel in 0.5 M sulfuric acid solution using extracts of Magnolia champaca flowers. Weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy experiments showed that the flower extracts functioned as good corrosion inhibitors. Inhibition efficiency increased with higher extract concentration and was found to be up to 93.65% for a 10 mL extract concentration.
