What is Hypertrophic Actinic Keratosis Overview about?

This document describes a case of hypertrophic actinic keratosis in a 68-year-old male patient on his scalp. Upon microscopic examination, the biopsy showed hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, and acanthosis of the epidermis along with dysplastic and pleomorphic basal keratinocytes. Degeneration was also seen in the dermis consistent with actinic damage from sun exposure.
