This document provides instructions for an activity to assess the personal, emotional, and communication (PECs) characteristics of a successful practitioner. Students are asked to select traits from a previous activity that describe a local successful practitioner and write them in the second column. They then assess their own PECs in the third column to understand the traits needed for success. The assessment will give insight into the significant characteristics and traits a practitioner must have.
