What is BFHJ about?

Some molecules, like ethene (C2H4), cannot satisfy the octet rule with only single covalent bonds and require double bonds instead. In ethene, each carbon atom shares two pairs of electrons with another carbon atom. Additionally, nitrogen gas (N2) demonstrates a triple covalent bond where each nitrogen atom shares three pairs of electrons to fulfill the octet rule.
