What is P&P Edo DHC about?

The Extra Day Off (EDO) policy, effective May 1, 2023, provides one paid day off for employees at the Assistant Manager level and above who work on their scheduled days off, Sundays, or holidays. Employees must submit requests for EDO within five business days of the worked day, and the approval process involves their immediate supervisor and HR. The EDO must be taken within 30 calendar days of the worked day and cannot be converted to cash.
