This study investigates the effects of concentrated growth factor (CGF) on wound healing after third molar surgery through a double-blinded split-mouth randomized controlled trial involving 25 patients. Results indicate that CGF-treated extraction sites exhibited significantly better healing outcomes and higher concentrations of growth factors and cytokines compared to untreated sites on postoperative days 3 and 7.
