This study aimed to isolate, identify, and test the antimicrobial susceptibility of Escherichia coli (E. coli) from raw milk samples collected from dairy farms in Bishoftu, Ethiopia. A total of 42 raw milk samples were collected from 3 farms and tested for the presence of E. coli. E. coli was isolated from 18 of 42 samples, with the highest rate of contamination coming from one of the farms. Isolates were tested for susceptibility to various antimicrobials, with all isolates showing resistance to penicillin
