This study investigates the beliefs of twenty-two educators in Hong Kong universities regarding teacher feedback literacy (TFL) and its impact on student feedback literacy. It identifies four distinct belief patterns: knowledge-oriented, social learning, relationship-building, and technology-mediated feedback beliefs, with each teacher prioritizing at least two of these patterns.
