What is Loctite EA E-20HP Epoxy Data Sheet about?

EW 6325H is a one-part, solvent-free epoxy adhesive that cures thermally. It bonds materials like LCP and PCB well and resists moisture, weathering, thermal shock and mechanical stress. It has a fast curing time of 10 minutes at 150C or 15 minutes at 120C. After curing, it is hard with a Shore D hardness of 75 and has good shear strength for bonding combinations like FR4/LCP and FR4/stainless steel. Its glass transition temperature is 82C and it can operate in temperatures from -40C to 150C.
