What is Plant Regeneration from Immature Inflorescence Callus Cultures of Wheat, Rye and Triticale about?

Callus cultures were initiated from inflorescence explants ofwheat. rye and triticalc on MS medium supplcmented with 2 mgl ' 2,4-D + 5:; CW or 2 mgl ' 2,4-D + 0.5 mgl ' BA. On transfer of the cultures to medium supplemented with 157; CW + 0.2 mgl ' NAA or I mgl ' BA + 0.1 mgl ' IAA. shoot buds and embryoids were produced.
