This document reports a case of tinea imbricata, a rare fungal skin infection caused by Trichophyton concentricum, in a 10-year-old girl in Iran. Microscopic examination and culture of skin scrapings from the patient revealed the presence of T. concentricum. The patient responded well to oral and topical antifungal treatment over 4 weeks.
