What is Kapitan Sino: A Filipino Hero about?

i. The story Kapitan Sino by Filipino author Bob Ong is set in the slum area of Pelaez in Manila. It follows Rogelio, an electrician who discovers he has the power to control electricity. He becomes the superhero Kapitan Sino to help the people of Pelaez. ii. As Kapitan Sino, Rogelio gains popularity from his good deeds but also faces challenges. His identity is later revealed and he is falsely accused of murder. He then discovers his blood can cure a deadly disease but sacrifices himself to help others.
