What is Dupilumab Efficacy in Atopic Dermatitis about?
This study examined the long-term safety and effectiveness of dupilumab in treating atopic dermatitis in a nationwide cohort of 347 Danish adults over 104 weeks. The study found significant improvement in eczema severity scores at all timepoints. While drug survival was high at 86% at 104 weeks, dupilumab was unable to effectively treat atopic dermatitis in the head and neck area for most patients. Conjunctivitis was reported in 25% of patients.
