The committees on justice and human rights and constitutional amendments, revision of codes and laws submitted a joint committee report recommending that a new bill they prepared, Senate Bill No. 3401, be approved to define the crime of stalking and provide penalties. This new bill would replace three existing bills on the same topic that were introduced by Senators Pangilinan, Villar, and Defensor Santiago. The committee report was submitted and signed by chairs and members of both committees.
