Omine was accused of being a principal by induction for allegedly shouting "pegale y matale" (hit him and kill him) to Autor, who then struck and wounded Pulido with a bolo. However, the court found that Pulido and Autor were already fighting before the alleged words were spoken, so there was no need for inducement from Omine. Furthermore, even if Omine had uttered those words, they were not sufficient to make him a principal by induction since they did not appear to cause Autor to strike Pulido.
