What is Aawaara: Reflections on Heartache about?

The poem describes the wanderings of a lonely person through the city streets at night. They see the city in a dream-like state, with chains, swords and images. The wanderer feels disconnected from the city and its people. They question what they should do about the pain and turmoil in their heart. The poem expresses feelings of alienation, loss and being an outsider observing the city from the margins.
