Speed and delay studies were conducted on a 3.5 km road using floating car method. Data was collected from 9 trips in both directions. The average volumes were 1073 vehicles/hour northbound and 1215 vehicles/hour southbound. The average journey speeds were 39.9 kmph northbound and 32.9 kmph southbound. The average running speeds, which exclude delay times, were 56.1 kmph northbound and 48.6 kmph southbound.
