What is Nutritional Assessment for Seniors about?

This study assessed the nutritional status of 60 elderly people in rural Chamarajanagara district, India using the Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) tool. The results found that 6.7% of elderly were malnourished, 20% were at risk of malnutrition, and 36% were well nourished. In total, 33.3% of elderly were at risk of malnutrition based on the MNA scores.
