This study examined how different concentrations of DMSO (5% and 50%) used in dry bonding techniques affect the long-term stability of bonds formed by etch-and-rinse adhesives. Human teeth were treated with DMSO solutions after acid etching and bonding was performed with either a two-step or three-step adhesive. Bonds were tested after 24 hours and 1 year of storage.
