This study investigates the relationship between participation in the Prolanis program for chronic disease management and self-efficacy levels in hypertensive patients at the Depok Jaya Health Center in Indonesia. Results indicate a significant correlation, with a p-value of 0.014, suggesting that higher participation in the program is associated with increased self-efficacy among patients. The findings highlight the importance of Prolanis in improving health outcomes for individuals with hypertension.
