This study aimed to provide an overview of malocclusions in Brazilian children aged 6 to 10 years. The researchers evaluated 4,776 children across 18 Brazilian states. They found that only 14.83% had normal occlusion, while 85.17% had some type of malocclusion, most commonly Class I (57.24%). Crossbites were found in 19.58% and deep overbites in 18.09%.
