This letter describes an accelerated deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (dTMS) protocol using intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) for two patients with treatment-resistant obsessive-compulsive disorder. Both patients received five iTBS sessions per day for five consecutive days, resulting in rapid symptom improvement within one week for both patients, demonstrating the potential of accelerated dTMS protocols for refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.
