Storage sheds and accessory buildings in the neighborhood must be under 7 feet tall and 120 square feet, painted one of a few approved colors, and placed at least 5 feet behind the street-facing wall. They are not allowed in lots with view fencing without approval and proper screening, and must be well-maintained or removed if issues arise. A form may be submitted for record keeping of visible sheds.
