This study compares the effects of pursed lip breathing (PLB) and balloon blowing on respiratory muscle strength, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation in COPD patients at the Makassar community lung health center. Results indicate that balloon blowing significantly improves respiratory muscle strength compared to PLB, while both interventions show no significant difference in respiratory rate and oxygen saturation.
