This study evaluated the association between lifetime use of 38 pesticides and risk of renal cell carcinoma in the Agricultural Health Study cohort of over 55,000 pesticide applicators, finding statistically significant increased risks for highest users of 2,4,5-T and evidence of exposure-response relationships for chlorpyrifos, chlordane, atrazine, cyanazine, and paraquat after accounting for potential confounding factors and lag periods.
