About this document

Beam Deflection Lab Report Analysis by Renae Savannah is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This lab report summarizes a simply supported beam experiment. Four cases were tested with increasing loads applied at each end of the beam. For each case, the deflection, bending moment, and radius of curvature were calculated. As the applied load increased, the deflection and bending moment both increased as expected. Some error was introduced due to inconsistencies in applying the loads. In conclusion, the experimental deflection increased proportionally with the increasing applied load.
