This document contains code to generate and analyze signals in Python. It: 1. Defines 5 different signals including sine, cosine, and random normal distributions. 2. Calculates the fast Fourier transform (FFT) of each signal. 3. Plots the amplitude of the FFT versus frequency for each signal individually to analyze their frequency content. 4. Generates a Gaussian pulse and plots it with its in-phase and quadrature components and envelope for comparison to one of the FFT plots.
