Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is now a popular theme discussed in Indonesia to contributed to the development of the surrounding community, both economically and socially. One of them is Perum Perhutani Regional Division of East Java, which has implemented it into two main programs between PKBL and Social Management. Its implementation is based on the laws and regulations, one of which is the Decree of the Board of Directors of PerumPerhutani No.269/KPTS/DIR/2011. The purpose of this research is to identify CSR implementation, identify supporting factors and inhibit CSR implementation, as well as the benefits felt by community. The study used qualitative descriptive analysis with SEM-PLS. Data collection uses secondary data in the form of interviews, annual activity reports, and library studies.
