The document describes a simulation using Aspen HYSYS to calculate the time required for the temperature of cooling water in a 19,000 m3 storage tank to increase from 39°C to 44°C. Given a total heat input of 1.35 MMkcal/hr and cooling water flow of 243 m3/hr, the simulation found the required time was 38 hours and 10 minutes.
