What is Wizard of Ozz about?

In Act I of the play, Dorothy is introduced in her Kansas farmhouse as a storm approaches, leading to her house being swept away to the Land of Oz. Upon arrival, she is hailed as a sorceress by the Munchkins for accidentally defeating the Wicked Witch of the East. The Wicked Witch of the West soon appears, threatening Dorothy, who seeks the help of the Wizard of Oz to return home to Kansas.
