What is Preserving Manila about?

The Manila Central Post Office was built in 1926 in the neoclassical style of architecture. Neoclassical architecture is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, Greek or Roman details, dramatic use of columns, and preference for blank walls.
