Siyoh, Kiram, Indanan, and Jamahali were accused of qualified piracy, triple murder, and frustrated murder during a robbery on a boat. The merchants were transporting goods between islands with the help of Siyoh and Kiram when the boat was stopped and robbed by Indanan and Jamahali from another boat.
