What is Floristic Diversity of Caramoan National Park about?

This study assessed the floristic diversity of Caramoan National Park in the Philippines. Two 2-km transects were established and plant species were surveyed using standard methodology. A total of 91 plant species were recorded, belonging to 37 families. The most species-rich families were Moraceae, Malvaceae, and Euphorbiaceae. The park has a high biodiversity value and protects threatened, endemic, and indigenous species despite its small forest area.
