An autopsy report found a hematoma around her neck and six stab wounds of varying depths in her chest, back, and abdomen, including two that pierced her heart and lung. The cause of death was determined to be hemorrhagic shock from a stab wound between the 3rd and 4th ribs that pierced her heart and caused severe internal bleeding.
