What is Fill My Cup, Lord: A Spiritual Reflection about?

The poem describes a person who was once seeking fulfillment through worldly things, but found true satisfaction and wholeness only through Jesus Christ. The speaker asks God to "fill my cup" and satisfy their soul with "Bread of Heaven", referring to Jesus, so that their spiritual hunger and thirst may be fully satisfied unlike anything earthly could provide. They encourage others that if worldly things leave them feeling empty, to pray to Jesus who can truly save and fill them.
