Re-Defining The Lunar New Year Chart: P.V.R. Narasimha Rao by Sanjay Jayaratne is a document available to read on EtoBox.

What is Re-Defining The Lunar New Year Chart: P.V.R. Narasimha Rao about?

The document proposes redefining how the lunar new year is calculated. It suggests using the tropical zodiac rather than the sidereal zodiac to align with teachings from Vishnu Purana and make the new year fall in the same season each time. The redefined calculation would set the lunar new year as the first new moon after the sun enters tropical Cancer.
