What is Canada PR Visa Application Refusal Notice about?
The application for a permanent resident visa as a skilled worker was refused as the applicant did not meet the requirements under paragraph (b) of subsection 75(2) of the regulations as there was insufficient evidence that the applicant performed the duties of the nominated occupation. As the minimum criteria are no longer met, the application is refused under section 11.2 of the Act.
